Join us for the third edition of Oslo Zine Fest on 7–8 November 2026 at Rom for Kunst og Arkitektur.
This year’s theme is “Freedom of speech and self-publishing.” Through a weekend of self-publishing, workshops, talks, exhibitions, and a vibrant zine market, we celebrate independent voices, DIY culture, and the communities that grow around printed matter.
The festival is free and open to everyone. The zine market will be open 12:00–17:00 on both Saturday and Sunday.

What home remembers
A zine workshop on personal archives for youth between 15-22 years old.
When we think of archives, we often picture museums, libraries, and public archives. Yet, many stories have never found a place there. Instead, they reside in drawers, photo albums, on mobile phones, or in the tales shared by family around the dinner table. In this workshop, we view these items as an archive, using them to tell your story on your own terms.You will create your own zine, drawing from elements of your own life and personal archive. Along the way, we will discuss what these items signify—both to you and to others—and explore how zines have long served as a medium for self-publishing when no other space was available.
The workshop is led by Rian Adam Sadiq, who works with creative archiving, diasporic storytelling, and self-publishing.All materials will be provided and the workshop is free. Sign up in advance here.

DIY Zine workshop
In this hands-on workshop, you will experiment with different materials and unexpected ways of binding creative pages together to make a zine.
Coming all the way from Greece, Studded Betrayal brings a nostalgic DIY punk approach to zine-making by cutting, tearing, stitching, folding, collaging and putting things together using newspapers, photos, glitter, textiles, threads, beads and more.
